In an impressive collaboration, HEIKO Metallbau has designed, manufactured and successfully assembled an outstanding steel substructure for Eggers Textilpflege GmbH in Bückeburg. The project, which distributes the textile cleaning company’s conveyor technology over two floors, represents a milestone in the collaboration between the two companies.

The innovative steel substructure makes it possible to move the garments and textiles to be cleaned along a state-of-the-art conveyor system through the entire building and over a total of two floors. The need for a stable substructure arose in order to guarantee access to the conveyor technology at all times. Particular attention was paid to the second floor, which was deliberately designed without railings so as not to obstruct the conveyor system.

One challenging element of the project was to specially mark the dangerous areas with a risk of falling on the second floor. Here, HEIKO Metallbau opted for red powder coatings, which not only increase safety but also offer an aesthetically pleasing solution.

The managing directors of Eggers Textilpflege GmbH are extremely satisfied with the result. “The collaboration with HEIKO Metallbau exceeded our expectations. The steel substructure is not only functional and safe, but also a colourful highlight in our company,” emphasises the textile service provider.

HEIKO Metallbau is also proud of the successful project. “Our expertise in the field of steel construction and our ability to develop customised solutions have once again proven their worth. We are delighted that we were able to help realise the vision of Eggers Textilpflege GmbH,” says Heiko Spiering, Managing Director of HEIKO Metallbau.

The successful steel construction project for Eggers Textilpflege GmbH in Bückeburg underlines the expertise and commitment of HEIKO Metallbau in the realisation of challenging projects in the field of metal and steel construction. Looking to the future, both companies are optimistic that this co-operation will result in further innovative and successful projects.
